The Parish Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month (excluding August) usually in the Outwood Room at the Centenary Hall, Wheelers Lane, Smallfield at 7.00pm. The Planning Committee meets before the other council meetings at the earlier time of 6:30pm or 6:45pm depending on the length of the agenda.
